The Bear and His Catch
Angry at himself for what he had done, and desperate to help this beautiful fish, the bear licked her wounds and carried her to a secluded bay where she could rest. Then he watched and waited.
And waited.
And watched.
She had long, dark hair that she continuously tended to, even more than her wounds. The bear most loved watching the way she ate clams and oysters and how she collected the shining little what he considered bothers and would keep them around her neck.
